These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and auwin88 ("auwin88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://auwin88.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the auwin88 Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or entertainment services offered — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any uncleared bonus amounts.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by auwin88 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by auwin88 prior to approving withdrawals or full account access.
• "Platform" means the auwin88 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services operated at https://auwin88.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the auwin88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. auwin88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino, sports betting, and gaming activities on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by auwin88 from time to time.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of auwin88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally pursuant to any self-exclusion programme.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by auwin88 for breach of these Terms.

auwin88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to disclose accurate eligibility information. Any account opened in breach of this Section may be terminated without notice, and all associated balances reviewed in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the auwin88 Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Documentation. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time auwin88 deems necessary, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian Identity Card / MyKad, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (screenshot of e-wallet, bank statement, or card statement).

auwin88 processes KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. All submitted documents are handled securely and used solely for verification purposes.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, auwin88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that in using the Platform you will:

• Provide true and accurate information at all times;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any third party;
• Ensure that all deposits made to your account originate from payment methods legally registered in your name;
• Not use the Platform if you are aware that you have a gambling problem or are subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction concerning online gaming;
• Accept that all bets and wagers are final once confirmed, subject to the Betting Rules in Section 8.

6.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are credited to your account balance upon confirmed clearance by the relevant payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. auwin88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for FPX and DuitNow transfers during normal operating hours. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will not be processed where:

• KYC documentation has not been completed to auwin88's satisfaction;
• An active bonus balance is subject to outstanding wagering requirements;
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• The requested amount exceeds your verified available balance.

6.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless you have opted into a cryptocurrency account. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. auwin88 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.5 Fees. auwin88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network may impose its own fees, for which auwin88 accepts no liability.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by auwin88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements are 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. Bets placed on sports with odds lower than 1.50 (decimal) or on certain excluded casino games may not contribute fully towards wagering requirements. Please refer to the specific promotion page for contribution percentages.

7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. auwin88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion where abuse is suspected.

7.4 Loyalty Programme. Points earned through the auwin88 Loyalty Programme are non-transferable, have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with Programme terms, and expire if an account is inactive for more than ninety (90) consecutive days. Tier status and associated benefits are subject to monthly recalculation.

8.1 Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager is accepted and binding only upon receipt of a confirmed bet reference number from the Platform. Bets placed with insufficient funds, during system errors, or at manifestly erroneous odds are void and will be refunded at the original stake amount.

8.2 Sports Betting. auwin88 offers pre-match and in-play betting on a range of sporting events including the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, NBA, MLB, UFC, and numerous other markets. Settlement of bets will be carried out in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform.

8.3 Erroneous Odds. Where a bet is accepted at an odds value that is clearly erroneous due to a system error or human mistake (a "palpable error"), auwin88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake, regardless of the outcome of the event.

8.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot titles available on the auwin88 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the respective game studios and are available upon request. auwin88 accepts no responsibility for malfunctions in game software attributable to third-party providers.

8.5 Maximum Winnings. auwin88 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction or daily winnings limit. Where applicable, limits will be communicated within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding such limits may be reviewed before payment is authorised.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the auwin88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Operating more than one registered account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports corruption, or any insider betting activity;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal or illegal activity;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening auwin88 staff or other Players;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means.

auwin88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its markets, including Malaysia. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means to address financial obligations.

auwin88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you may deposit. Limits are reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at configurable intervals reminding you how long you have been active.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of auwin88.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to auwin88 regarding the Platform may be used by auwin88 freely and without obligation to compensate you.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, auwin88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether auwin88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 auwin88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

12.3 auwin88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.4 auwin88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, Force Majeure events, or any disruption beyond auwin88's reasonable control.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your auwin88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method.

13.2 Termination by auwin88. auwin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity is suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to auwin88's satisfaction;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• Continuation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to auwin88.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason other than prohibited conduct, your verified available balance (excluding any uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination is due to breach of these Terms, auwin88 may withhold all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable law.

auwin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms published on the auwin88 Platform on any given date shall be the authoritative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which auwin88 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and auwin88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notification, either party may escalate the matter through formal legal or arbitration channels as applicable.

Malaysian players are entitled to raise disputes regarding account management, payment processing, and service quality by contacting our customer support team at the details provided in Section 16 below. auwin88 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
